Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There is no monthly subscription. You pay only for the AI usage you consume through the configured model or service.
Can it use languages other than English?
Yes. Language, voice and model are configured for the intended market. Tell us the languages you need before order confirmation.
Can I write my own personality and RAG content?
Yes. The backend allows the system prompt, model, voice and RAG knowledge source to be configured.
Will it fit my existing body?
Many M16-compatible bodies can use this route. We still review the exact model and connector photos before confirming compatibility.
Can the silicone face be customized?
Yes. A custom silicone face skin can be developed around the Feifei motion core after the concept, mechanical clearance, finish, scope and lead time are reviewed. Custom development is quoted separately unless included in the confirmed order.
What if the shipment arrives damaged?
Keep all packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos or video. We will review transit damage and provide the appropriate support route.
