Measurement Notes
For full custom body projects, we may request measurements such as height, head circumference, head width, head length, neck circumference, shoulder width, bust, underbust, waist, hip, thigh length, leg length, and foot length.
What References Should You Prepare?
For the best likeness, prepare clear photos under natural lighting. A minimum of 3-5 usable references can start the evaluation, while 8-18 multi-angle images will produce a more accurate 3D portrait foundation.

Rights & Authorization

Projects involving public figures, celebrities, third-party likenesses, licensed characters, or protected IP may require additional rights confirmation. Warmcore Tech may decline projects when authorization is unclear.

From Reference Photos to a Finished Physical Sculpt
Timeline Note: Custom head projects commonly require several weeks after model approval. Full-body, special effects, robot face skin, and highly customized projects may require a longer production schedule.
Reference Review
Send your photos, character references, target style, body requirements, and intended use. We review feasibility, material route, and project scope before quoting.
Deposit & 3D Modeling
After the project starts, artists build the first 3D model based on your references. A typical head sculpt model preview takes about 7 days, depending on reference quality and complexity.
3D Preview Approval
You review the digital model before physical production. Facial proportions, expression direction, and key sculpt details can be adjusted during this stage.
Mold, Casting & Silicone Work
Once the model is approved, the sculpt enters mold production, silicone casting, surface refinement, and skin texture work.
Makeup, Hair & Final Styling
The head is hand-painted with layered skin tones, makeup details, eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair styling. Hair can be rooted and shaped by hand for a more natural presentation.
Photo / Video Confirmation
Before shipping, we provide final photos or video confirmation. After approval and final payment, the finished piece is packed for secure delivery.
