Limited In-Stock Items
Certain selected products may occasionally be available in stock. Orders for these items will normally be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
If the product title or description clearly states “In Stock”, the item will be shipped directly without any production waiting time.
For all other products, unless otherwise indicated, items are custom made-to-order and require a production process before shipment.
Custom Product Production and Delivery
Most Warmcore products are highly customized models manufactured specifically for each order. These products are not pre-produced or mass stocked.
Once payment is successfully completed, the order will immediately be forwarded to the factory for production scheduling.
Standard production time is approximately 21 days.

- Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: approximately 7–10 days
- East & Southeast Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia): approximately 14 days via sea freight
- India / Dubai / United Arab Emirates: approximately 21 days
- United States: approximately 14–21 days
- Europe: approximately 30 days
- North America (including Mexico): approximately 30 days
- Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): approximately 21 days
Please note that the above shipping estimates do not include production time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Actual delivery time may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, international logistics schedules, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation and Changes
- Because most items are custom-produced, production begins shortly after payment is confirmed.
- Orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order, a 20% handling and production preparation fee will apply.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted, as the manufacturing process will already be underway.
Receiving and After-Sales Policy
Inspection and Unboxing Instructions
- Before shipment, we may provide inspection photos or verification videos through LINE or Email upon request.
- When the package arrives, customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- This video is important evidence for any potential damage claims, replacement requests, or logistics disputes.
- Without a complete unboxing video, after-sales claims may be difficult to process.
After-Sales Service Terms
- These products belong to personal intimate category items. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted after use.
- If the product arrives with non-human damage or manufacturing defects, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide the unboxing video and clear photos for verification.
- If confirmed as a factory defect, we will assist with replacement parts or reshipment of damaged components.
- If the issue is not related to manufacturing defects, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
Other Important Notes
- The bionic materials used in the product are soft and elastic. Avoid long periods of contact with dark-colored clothing to prevent color transfer.
- It is recommended that dark clothing contact not exceed 30 minutes.
- If the package appears seriously damaged during delivery, please refuse the shipment immediately.
- Accepting the package without reporting damage will be considered as confirmation that the item was received in normal condition.
- These are high-value customized products; please read the above policies carefully before placing an order.
