Warranty Scope and Duration
The Xiaoling Series offers different warranty periods based on module functions. The S-TPE material in the Jinsan Series enjoys a Lifetime Warranty (provided the stainless steel skeleton is not damaged). However, Silicone and Liquid Platinum Silicone are not covered by the warranty, and only repair glue is provided for self-maintenance.

Pre- and Post-Purchase Notices
Order and Production Process
- This product is highly customized. Once an order is placed, it enters the production process. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
- Production begins only after payment is completed. Production and shipping time takes about 7 to 30 days.
Receiving and Inspection Guidelines
- Before shipping, an actual inspection video will be provided via WhatsApp / LINE / Email.
- When receiving the package, please be sure to film an unboxing video to serve as a basis for future warranty claims.
- If there is any cosmetic damage caused during shipping, please contact customer service immediately and provide the video and photos.
Warranty Handling Process
Issue Reporting and Assessment
- If there are any abnormalities with the product, please contact us within 3 days of arrival and attach the unboxing/inspection video.
- Our engineering team will conduct a remote assessment. If the issue is not caused by human factors, we will assist with replacement or repair.
- If you need to return it for repair, please keep the original packaging box and buffering materials.
Material Usage and Storage Guidelines
- Avoid prolonged contact between silicone materials and dark clothing (recommended not to exceed 30 minutes).
- It is recommended to use light-colored or undyed clothing normally; after use, keep it dry and store it in a ventilated area.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- This is a high-value, private custom product. Once production has started, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Intimate parts cannot be returned after use.
- Slight color differences, mold marks, or minor dents are normal and are not considered defects for return or exchange.
- If you have any concerns upon receiving the product, please film the entire unboxing process.
AI Smart Head Module Repair Instructions
- All smart functions are concentrated in the head module; the body itself is a non-smart structure.
- For repairs, only the head module needs to be sent back, not the whole body.
- Customers are responsible for providing packaging and arranging shipping. Costs will be based on the factory's quote.
Unboxing Video Reference
- Before shipping out, we will film an inspection video for your confirmation.
- When receiving the goods, please be sure to film a complete unboxing video to protect your own rights.
- The video must include the outer box, seals, contents, and the condition of the body. Continuous unedited filming is recommended.

No. Silicone and Liquid Platinum Silicone are considered consumable materials and are not covered by warranty. We only provide repair glue for basic self-maintenance when needed.
The Jinsan Series STPE material includes a lifetime warranty, provided that the internal stainless steel skeleton has not been intentionally damaged, modified, or dismantled. If the skeleton structure is damaged by human factors, the lifetime warranty does not apply.
Yes. A complete unboxing video is an important basis for confirming whether damage occurred during transportation or before use. If no complete unboxing video is provided, it may affect warranty review, replacement handling, or dispute resolution.
In most cases, no. Since the smart functions are mainly concentrated in the AI smart head module, repairs usually only require returning the head module rather than the entire body. The final repair method will still depend on the actual issue confirmed by our team.
Because this is a highly customized product, the order enters the production queue shortly after payment. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. If cancellation is requested within 24 hours, a processing fee will apply.
