A small amount of spot goods
Some specific products are in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment .
If the product name or page states "In Stock," there is no need to wait for production time.
Items not marked as in stock are all custom-made and manufactured according to the order details.
Customized product production and delivery
All other products are highly customized and not in stock .
Once the order payment is completed, the factory will be notified immediately to arrange production.
The production time of the product is about 30 days (excluding logistics).
- Taiwan: Approximately 30–45 days (including production and customs clearance).
- Other Asian regions (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea): approximately 35–50 days .
- Europe/North America/Australia: Approximately 45–60 days , depending on customs clearance conditions in each region.
The actual arrival time may be delayed due to holidays, climate, epidemics or customs clearance. Please understand.

Order Cancellation and Change
- The product is customized and will be produced after payment. It cannot be cancelled or changed .
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order, and a 20% processing fee will be charged.
- Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours . Please confirm specifications and options.
Receipt and after-sales policy
Inspection and unpacking precautions
- Provide actual photos or inspection videos before shipment (via LINE or Email).
- After receiving the goods, please be sure to take a full unboxing video as a reference for after-sales service.
- Failure to provide unboxing videos will affect returns, exchanges, or dispute resolution.
After-sales Service Terms
- The product is a private personal item and cannot be returned or exchanged once used .
- If the product is damaged due to non-human factors, please report it within 24 hours and attach unpacking videos and photos.
- Once confirmed to be a factory problem, we will assist in replacing or resending the damaged part.
- If it is not a quality issue, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer (the price difference and logistics fee will not be refunded).
Other considerations
- Bionic material is flexible, so avoid wearing dark clothing for a long time (no more than 30 minutes is recommended).
- If the product is obviously damaged, please refuse to accept it on the spot , otherwise the inspection will be deemed completed.
- The product is high-priced and highly customized. Please read the above terms carefully before purchasing.
 
All packaging is in neutral outer boxes without sensitive words to protect your privacy.
