📦 Product shipping and delivery instructions
🚚 Description of a small amount of spot goods
Some specific products are in stock and will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment .
If the product name or page says "in stock", you do not need to wait for production time.
Items not marked as in stock are all customized and produced according to the order content.
🛠 Customized product production and delivery
All other items are highly customized and not in stock .
Once the order payment is completed, the factory will be notified immediately to arrange production.
The production time of the product is about 30 days (excluding logistics time).
- Taiwan: Logistics delivery takes about 30-45 days (including production and customs clearance time).
- Other Asian regions (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea): about 35-50 days .
- Europe/ North America/ Australia: about 45-60 days , slightly different depending on the customs clearance conditions in different places.
📌 The actual arrival time may be delayed due to Chinese statutory holidays, climate, epidemic situation or customs procedures. Please understand and wait patiently.
🧾 Order Cancellation and Changes
- As it is a customized product , it will be produced after payment and cannot be cancelled or changed .
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order, and a 20% processing fee will be charged .
- No cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours , please confirm the specifications and options before placing an order.

📹 Inspection and unpacking precautions
- Actual photos or inspection videos (sent via LINE or Email) will be provided before shipment.
- After the product is shipped, please be sure to take a full unboxing video as a basis for after-sales warranty.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect subsequent returns, exchanges, or dispute resolution.
❗ After-sales service terms
- The products are personal items and cannot be returned or exchanged once used .
- If the product you received has non-human damage (such as breakage, obvious defects), please raise the issue within 24 hours and attach unpacking videos and photos for our review.
- Once confirmed to be a factory manufacturing problem, we will assist in replacing or resending the damaged part.
- If it is not a product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee (the price difference and logistics fee will not be refunded).
❗ Other considerations
- Because the material of the bionic man is elastic colloid, please avoid wearing dark clothes for a long time (no more than 30 minutes at a time) to prevent staining.
- If the goods are obviously damaged, please refuse to accept them on the spot , otherwise the inspection will be deemed completed.
- The product is high-priced and highly customized. Please read the above terms carefully before purchasing.
