1. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 By using this website and any related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), you are required to accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy , as well as other regulations and announcements that we may update from time to time.

1.2 If you are under the legal age ( 18 years old or older in Taiwan) or your country prohibits the use of such products or services, please do not order or use them.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and any changes will be posted on this Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

2. Service Description and Limitations

2.1 All products are highly customized . The production process will be initiated once the order is placed. Unconditional cancellation service is not available.

2.2 Product functions and styles are subject to actual selection. If you require further customization services, please contact customer service for confirmation.

2.3 We reserve the right to adjust delivery methods, schedules and conditions based on regional, logistics, legal and other factors.

2.4 If we find that a user is abusing the system, impersonating others, or spreading false information, we have the right to terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

3. Order Formation and Changes

3.1 Once payment is completed, it means that you agree to the product configuration and production process. The head mold, material and inner mold set cannot be changed .

3.2 If you need to change the delivery address or contact information, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

3.3 No modification or cancellation can be made after 24 hours. Please make sure that the order information is correct.

4. Product Usage and Warranty

4.1 The product is a bionic AI robot, which is a private and highly personalized product. Once used, it will not be returned or exchanged .

4.2 If you discover significant damage to the product (such as breakage or mechanical abnormality) caused by non-human factors upon receipt, please report it within 24 hours and attach a complete unpacking video and photos so that we can confirm with the manufacturer and initiate follow-up services.

4.3 If you are unable to provide complete unpacking video footage, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content (images, videos, text, technical descriptions, etc.) on this website is the property of Warmcore or its authorized partners. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited .

6. Modification of Terms and Applicable Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication. All disputes shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) .
