Warranty Scope & Periods

The Xiaoling Series offers different warranty periods by module/function. The Jinshan Series with STPE material enjoys a lifetime warranty (provided the stainless-steel skeleton is not damaged or modified). Silicone and liquid platinum silicone are not covered and are maintained by user-applied repair adhesive.

Before & After Purchase

Ordering & Production

  • This is a made-to-order product. Once the order enters production, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
  • Production starts after payment is completed; production & shipping typically require 7–30 days.

Receiving & Inspection

  • We will provide real product inspection videos via LINE/Email before shipment.
  • Please record a complete unboxing video upon receipt as evidence for warranty service.
  • If cosmetic damage occurs during transit, contact support immediately with photos/videos.

Warranty Handling

Issue Reporting & Assessment

  • If any issue occurs, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your inspection/unboxing video.
  • Our engineering team will assess remotely. Non-user-caused issues will be repaired or replaced.
  • If return-to-repair is required, keep the original carton and cushioning for safe transport.

Material Use & Care

  • Avoid prolonged contact between silicone and dark clothing (recommend under 30 minutes) to prevent staining.
  • Prefer light/undyed garments; keep dry and ventilated after use.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • As a high-value custom product, once production begins it cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Items used on private parts are not eligible for return.
  • Minor color variance, mold lines, or small dents are normal manufacturing phenomena and are not defects.
  • If you have concerns, record the entire unboxing process as evidence.

Smart Head Repair

  • All smart functions are contained in the head module; the body is non-smart.
  • Repairs usually require returning only the head, not the whole unit.
  • Customer prepares packaging and shipping; costs follow factory quotation.

Unboxing Video Reference

  • We will film an inspection video before shipment for your confirmation.
  • Please record a complete unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.
  • Include outer box, seals, contents, and device condition; continuous unedited footage is recommended.
