  • Yoga bone (cartilage skeleton): warranty 3 months

  • Bionic toe and finger bone structure: 12 months warranty

🔍 Things to note before and after purchasing

🔺 Ordering and production process

  • This product is a customized product . Once the order is placed, it will enter the production process and the order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours .
  • Production will only begin after payment is completed. Production and delivery take about 7 to 30 days , depending on module selection and production schedule.

🔸 Receiving and inspecting goods

  • Before shipment, we will provide a physical inspection video via Line/Email. Please confirm that everything is correct before we arrange packaging and shipment.
  • Please be sure to take a video of the entire unpacking process when receiving the item , as this will serve as a basis for product inspection and future warranty.
  • If the product is visually damaged during delivery, please contact customer service immediately and provide unpacking videos and photos for record and processing.

💬 Problem reporting and judgment method

  • If the product has any malfunction, please contact us within three days of arrival and attach an inspection video and description of the problem.
  • Our engineering team will make a remote assessment and if it is not caused by human error, we will assist with replacement or repair.
  • If you need to send it back for repair, please keep the original packaging box and cushioning materials to ensure safe transportation.
  • If there is no inspection video or the damage is man-made, the free warranty will not apply.

📦 Material usage and storage instructions

  • Please avoid prolonged contact of silicone materials with dark-colored clothing (recommended not to exceed 30 minutes) to prevent staining.
  • It is usually recommended to use white, flesh-colored or dye-free underwear.
  • Please place the product flat or use a stand to support it to avoid deformation due to heavy pressure.
  • After use, please wipe with a neutral detergent and soft cloth and keep it dry and well ventilated.
  • The product is a high-priced, custom-made product. Please confirm that the selection is correct before placing an order.

🚫 No refund or exchange conditions

  • This product is a high-priced, custom-made item and cannot be cancelled or returned once produced.
  • If the private parts have been used, or there are signs of drying or liquid residue inside, it will be considered used and cannot be returned.
  • Slight color difference, mold connection, 0.5cm positioning hole, and small dents are normal production phenomena and are not included in the scope of defective returns.
  • If you have any questions after receiving the product, please record the entire unpacking process as a basis for subsequent judgment.

🧠 Smart Head Model Repair Instructions

  • The product's intelligent functions (voice, expression, language model, etc.) are all concentrated in the head model module, and the body is a non-intelligent structure.
  • If repairs are required, only the mold needs to be sent back, without sending the entire machine.
  • Customers are required to prepare their own packaging and shipping arrangements. The round-trip shipping and repair costs are borne by the customer and are subject to the original manufacturer's quotation.

📹 Unboxing video reference

  • Before the goods are shipped, we will take a shipment inspection video and send it to you for confirmation.
  • Please be sure to take a complete unboxing video when receiving the goods to protect your own rights.
  • The video must include the outer box, seal, contents, body status, etc. It is recommended to have continuous footage without editing.
  • If there are any subsequent disputes or repairs required, this video will be used as the basis for handling.
